Please note:
Exhibitors receive 5 exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space. The maximum number of badges for which an exhibitor can register is 30 total.
Please follow the directions below to register ALL booth personnel:
- Click Exhibitor Register Now.
- Choose your company name from the pull-down menu and enter password.
Note: This is the same password used for the Exhibitor Interface. - Add New Registrant Information, click next.
- Create password, challenge word, and enter contact information, continue to Step 3.
Note: For Type, choose Exhibitor Booth Personnel for all booth staff. - Now you are on your confirmation page and may view a list of all registered personnel for your booth.
- Scroll down to Add a New Registrant to begin the process for a new staff member.
Please follow these steps to register each member of your booth personnel.
- The registration deadline for staff badge requests is Wednesday, September 10, 2008
- Requests for additional badges after this date must be completed on-site at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.
- Badges will not be mailed in advance of the event, however, one week prior to the show, an email containing a Fast Track check-in bar code, will be sent to each registered Exhibitor Staff. A print out of this email will be necessary for a registrant to collect his/her badge via Fast Track check-in.
- Please refer to the exhibitor registration hours (below) for the times for exhibitor badge inquiries.

- Monday, September 15: 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday, September 16: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday, September 17: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Additional terms:
- Exhibitor badges are only issued to exhibitor personnel who will be setting up, working in and tearing down the booth. Exhibitor badges do not provide admittance to any conference session, tutorial, special event or meals. Please do not register your customers as booth staff as they will be asked to provide proper id to collect their badge.
- To obtain your badge and/or badge holder, YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR PHOTO ID (driver's license or exhibiting company issued ID card). Each registered attendee will be allowed to pick up their own badge only - not for friends, colleagues, etc. Sorry, no exceptions.
- Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the show floor at any time during the Game Developers Conference.
- If you have meetings or appointments with prospective clients, please make arrangements to meet them outside the show floor entrance at the arranged time.
- A non refundable replacement fee will be charged for all requests for duplicate badges.
